Yes, you're right. I'm building an Angular 4 web app including Bootstrap 4 and using the data from a public JSON database which has to be created/updated from scratch in order to include each existing FMs. This is why I asked for the most complete and updated existing database in this thread.
In a first attempt, I'd like to offer to our community the most complete, visually minimalistic, detailed but simple to use and modern web application dedicated to the Thief Fan Missions.
The main idea is having a modular platform which can be accessed from a desktop computer (browser) and a smartphone (responsive design) with the most complete database of the exisring Thief Fan Missions: it should includes basic informations as name, author, version, release and last update date, and then more detailled ones as the category, related contest, description, youtube walkthroughs, loots list, screenshots, rating, a list of custom resources included, ZIP size, download links, if it's Newdark and what's the min required version... etc.
I'm not sure about the current look and feel. Maybe I should design a dark aspect in relation to the Thief universe. I like the current white aspect but it looks like too much Bootstrap.
The other idea is to build a public database in JSON which can be used by every developers if he needs to have more details and he needs to use it in his own applications.
Maybe in the future, I'll create a desktop app as the NewDarkLoader (or maybe work with the creator) based on this project which can retrieve an updated list of available Fan Missions from the same JSON database and then offer to the app user to automatically download and install the FMs in his computer.

is it a site where we can host our missions like Thief object repository?

Awesome, I'm a big fan of both Angular and JSON. I look forward to seeing the site develop and go live. I think what Cardia is asking is, will authors be able to upload their missions to the site themselves, like we do with objects at the Thief Object Repository?

Unfortunately, I don't have enough money to buy a decent hosting in order to host more than 50GB of FMs. So, in a first step, when I'll publish the first release of the platform, I probably use the existing download websites (ThiefMissions, SouthQuarter) as mirrors for each of the Fan Missions.
I'll wait for the feedbacks from the community and maybe see, in few months and if the project is a success, to rent a space to host the FMs. Obviously, FMs creators will have the possibility to submit their own FMs.
@Yandros If you want and if you like this project, we can work together. I pushed it on GitHub.
