I'm having great trouble enchanting stuff properly, so I want to make a spell that Fortifies Enchantment +100 for 1 second. But I only have the Fortify Attribute spells for the base attributes - where will someone sell me a spell that allows fortification of skills?

Edit: Stupid Fade didn't look at the sticky threads. I spent an hour looking for that list, because for some reason I was sure I'd seen it at Gamefaqs rather than here. So nevermind this question.

Ok, now I'm just confused. I have the fully patched, unexpanded PC version. The guy in Dirty Muriel's definately doesn't have it, and am I to understand that the spell from the Tong no longer includes it as well? If so, is there any way to get it without Tribunal?
On the subject, are there any Mods that add someone who sells it?

As far as I know (and I play Goty on Xbox, and the original)
You can only get fortify skill spells from morag tong or those people in the palace in mournhold.
To get it in the morag tong, complet threads of the webspinner

Egotist: Fade already noted, correctly, that in the patched version of the game the Morag Tong don't give it anymore.
Fade: I don't think there is any way to get it anymore, shy of using the Construction Set.
