I just got T: DS at Christmas, and I thought the manual said there were three fences, but I've only found two. I'm only on Day 2, after St. Edgar's Cathedral. I wanna sell the pieces of art I've been carrying around! Where is the third fence? I know of the one on Black Alley, and the one that bought the Opal.

Well, visiting the fences again, I'm reminded that the one that buys art is near the docks, but the path to the docks appears to be blocked. Am I not supposed to get there yet?

Probably not. There may be a quarantine in place. Just do what the Keepers ask of you for now and things will work out.

There's five fences.
One in Audale (dude), one in Stone Market (chick), one in South Quarter (dude), one in the Docks (chick), and one in Old Quarter (chick).
Keep on keepin' on, and you'll come across them.
