You are right, but the best solution still would be to search for an existing thread first.
That would require a modicum of intelligence. Few bother to search. It actually requires activity and thoughtfulness.
It's easier to be lazy and throw the question out at random.
He/she has been a member since 2007 and has made a grand total of 62 posts, not that number of posts is that important, but I suspect all of them will be similar and also could have been answered with a SEARCH.

If they already knew all that why didn't they just tell him not to give the thing to the Constantine?
The weights in each pan of the balance had increased greatly.
As he approached his triumph, our foe had made himself vulnerable.
We were unable to directly influence, and could only watch and wait
to see whether his pridefully chosen pawn would prove his undoing.

I've been noticing that Gimodon seems to start random threads which ask inane questions that could be easily answered by doing a search (or using the old grey matter). This latest thread of his (hers?) is unique in that he (she?) actually posted again after the initial thread-opening post. It's also interesting to know that Gimodonatsonic.net has been banned from at
least four different forums in the recent past.
Troll much?

Maybe all those forums had a 'don't organize your topics into neatly separated topic threads but jumble them all together and use a vague unsearchable topic heading like "some questions" ...' rule. ;)

Not much actually. Pretty blatant though.

Paranoia much?

Nothing to do with paranoia; everything to do with a lack of patience for a member who starts assinine threads such as, (
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=133122), (
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=133076), (
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=132963), (
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=132970), (
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=117121), to link a few. Also, Mr.atsonic.net has started numerous threads with questions that could have been answered by doing a simple search (example: being stuck in one mission or another & starting a whole new thread for that FM/OM). AFAIC theBlackman was right when he used the word 'lazy'. Some of the questions sonic.net has asked sound like they're coming from a mentally deficient seven year old who doesn't possess the intelligence to use logic, so asks idiotic questions instead. It irks me that this guy starts thread after thread and usually never posts in that thread again. Example: in his thread, 'What is the biggest fan mission?' ((
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=133107)), he's asked by Taffers repeatedly to clarify what he means by 'biggest', but never deigns to answer.
Some people just irritate the hell outta me sometimes, is all.

You've got a good point there Dia. Almost like someone researching for a book of troll methods. What I don't like is no comeback with a thank you. I don't like that at all. Like everyone is there to provide a service.

100% agree. (Though he's not the only one with this failing).
Must admit I've fallen into answering him a couple of times - but no more.

Just look at his stats - he's started 40 threads but only has 62 total posts.
