This reminds me of OperaGhost.

It's simply below ground, for the most part. And parts of it are so far away, portals are the common method for the denizens to travel. Now then, there's the Heartsmaw--the Heart of the Maw--that the fiction implies is in its own dimension. The Eye was going to be used to, not bring the Heartsmaw to The City, but project a likeness of it, and create a new reality in The City's plane, and was a separate deal than the area the elemental portal connected to, where from the Beast foetuses came through to hatch and march into The City.
Yeah, it seems to me the Maw is another dimension, the Trickster's home; the places underground are where it's bled through into this world. Hence G's references to being 'in the Maw'.

It's simple...the maw of chaos in my closet. :laff:

I always envisaged as being a sort of halfway house between the real world and the Trickster's chaos dimension. I think that's why it's called the Maw - it's like the mouth leading to another dimension. That'd suggest it's a magically-warped area of "real" space, and the portal that the creature eggs come out of leads to another dimension of pure chaos.
However, Garrett starts the mission having just gone through a portal. Equally, one has to go through a portal to get to Viktoria's realm. That would suggest to me that the Maw is it's own dimension, not part of our world, but also not raw chaos.

Nothing to do with paranoia; everything to do with a lack of patience for a member who starts assinine threads such as, (

Also, Mr.atsonic.net has started numerous threads with questions that could have been answered by doing a simple search (example: being stuck in one mission or another & starting a whole new thread for that FM/OM). AFAIC theBlackman was right when he used the word 'lazy'. Some of the questions sonic.net has asked sound like they're coming from a mentally deficient seven year old who doesn't possess the intelligence to use logic, so asks idiotic questions instead. It irks me that this guy starts thread after thread and usually never posts in that thread again. Example: in his thread, 'What is the biggest fan mission?' ((
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=133107)), he's asked by Taffers repeatedly to clarify what he means by 'biggest', but never deigns to answer.
Some people just irritate the hell outta me sometimes, is all.
People are lazy. People are stupid. Nothing to do with trolling. Ten years ago that guy would've been called a noob, nothing else, but nowodays... trolls. Trolls everywhere.

No kidding, Random_Taffer.
I halfway expected him to give the exact address of the Maw of Chaos and MapQuest-style directions. :p
