I'm guessing by "where o where" you mean why you can't find the basketball area in T1.
The basketball area is an easter egg you find in
Dark Project in
A Keeper's Training when you follow the trainer from the sparring area to his back-room.
But it's apparently only available on
expert ... so that's probably why you can't find it.
