No idea whatsoever about the cow, but this seems an appropriate time to link to this:

That looks good Shadowcat. Thx for the link, but I am more than kindasorta fixated on that deeply hidden cow, which is quite irrational, I realize.

That is pretty cool, Shadowcat.
And already pushing 300 tables ... impressive.
Every time I run into another one of these little corners of the gaming universe where a lot is going on, I'm taken a little aback.
Just in the last few years I feel like there's been an big upsurge in modding (or whatever you'd call this, home-gamemaking), in quantity and quality, bigger than people are realizing, as resources like this are getting released and bringing it to the people. And the stuff they can make is looking better and better. I feel like we're right in the middle of our own little Golden Age, but almost too much going on in so many small corners to actually get one's head around it all. It'd probably take a few years just to casually play around with what's been released only in the last year, to say nothing of trying to follow any of it in depth.

Call it a foreshadowing of the gaming industry crash, where bigger developers will shrink and indie developers/modders will be more prominent.

Damn, this is so cool. You can even see the ball spin as it nears the flippers. I got a few tables in already, thanx Shadowcat. :)
I just popped on War of the Worlds, rofl! :p
Click that link, folks!

I only wish it hat the atmosphere. they sort of tried with the decor, but where's the dark smoky pool hall/arcade? That would truly bring back the nostalgia for me.

It's all about the tables, most of the time I don't have the room rendered. If your really into atmosphere then you'll need to render the spent candy wrappers strewn about the dirty sticky floor full of old hardened gum and the usual 3 dorks hanging by the side of the table ohhing and ahhing as you rack up points. :p
Don't forget the dirtbag who TILTs your game 'cuz you pissed him off.
/I used to play Moonpatrol too. :D

Haha, my friends used to do that to F me up when I was beating them. It was all in good fun.
Yeah I know its all about the tables. I was just pointing out they went a bit half way with the atmosphere. Which was nice to see, but a little more detail could have gone into it.
