Here's a number of old(ish) games that I'd want to replay:
Planescape Torment
Tron 2
Ultima VII (with Exult) and Ultima VI, if Nuvie ever comes out
Alpha Centauri
Psychonauts
Grim Fandango
System Shock (the original)
Max Payne 2
Perhaps Hordes of the Underdark, because I rushed that one at the time
What games are you hoping to replay? And what does it take for you to replay a game: fan mods? Graphics upgrades? Or just time?

Thief Trilogy is on my replay list every year, though I took off last year to make use of my then-new, then-functional video card, and I had some catching up to do.
I play through the HL series at least once every two years.
Fallout 1 at least once every two years- last time was with the 1.2 fanpatch, this year it was the 1.3.3 patch and the NPC mod. I really need to actually start FO2. That's next month.
Deus Ex 1.
I used to play the System Shocks but uh... my PC doesn't like SS1 anymore (and you can forget about DOSbox). SS2 I'm bored with now.

If ever a game needed an Exult-like programme, it's
System Shock.
Which reminds me: if any of the games people mention here require special mods to run, or if they simply benefit from such programmes, do mention them here. (I thought I'd replay
Privateer with one of the fan remakes, but five minutes into the game I found it quite offputting. No idea whether that's because graphics have come a long way since then or whether I've gone off space games.)

I end up playing Thief every other year or so, but otherwise...
-Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask... and Wind Waker, too, probably. I feel I ought to know these games backward, forward, inside and out (like I do with Link to the Past), but I think I've only finished each of them once.. maybe twice for Ocarina. And they're such classics!
-Jak and Daxter: after Mario Sunshine, the best platformer of the last generation... mm, maybe even the best. It's one of those very rare games that provides pleasure simply through movement and exploration. I was hooked in ten seconds, but I never did get around to a second playthrough.
-Okami: though after almost 80 hours in my first playthrough I don't think I've put in enough distance yet to properly appreciate a second. Maybe next year, cause the game is so absolutely brilliant.
-the entire Metal Gear Solid series, but not for a while, until I'm closer to getting a PS3 for the 4th (it'll happen eventually, I know it)
-Metroid Prime and 2 and 3: especially three, which is far and above the best in the series. But all of them have a kind of allure, thinking about playing them is exciting. And now with the Wii I can finally play in progressive scan. So I just might.
I think I replay games mainly for the atmosphere. Like rewatching old movies, you might not even pay attention to the dialogue, it just feels good being back in that old place. Nostalgia, I guess.

Replay games?!
I don't have the time to play half the ones I should like to in the first place.

That's the thing. I've got Mass Effect waiting for me, as well as Assassin's Creed and Splinter Cell Double Agent(got them cheap), Pathologic and even a few oldish games (e.g. Freespace 2). I've never played them, yet right now I'm going through the Prince of Persia games because I want the comfort of replaying a game I've finished before. I also have that with books and films sometimes - I'd rather watch or read something for the nth time than start on something new that I may or may not enjoy as much.

Me neither. Partly because I'm at least as likely to replay an old game as I am to start a new one :)
I'm currently putting aside various 'new' (previously unplayed) games to replay Terra Nova, and I also have Giants and Armed & Dangerous in varying states of re-playing-ness. (I guess jet-packs are
in this season.)
I don't have a list, though... I typically just fire things up as the mood strikes me. Setting aside arcade games and other things designed to last only a matter of minutes, System Shock would doubtless be my most-replayed game, so I guess that constitutes my list by default :)

Replay?
* System Shock (the original) - haven't found the time to set it up on my new PC.
* ...
* can't think of anything else i would like to play again anytime soon :/ - all recent games just plain suck (however some are good to play ONCE sometimes even TWICE).

Same here!!! :thumb:
Anyway, Morrowind GotY, The Thing, Soldier of Fortune II. Not the most popular games at TTLG, but they are special to me. I also want to get to a replay of Gun soon.
