Out of interest: why?

Sound Fxs, Music, AI ( during combat especially) seem more faithful to the original. But I guess this is mainly just pure nostalgia from me ( and Exult is great nonetheless).

Plus the Silver Seed quest is bugged

Currently reinstalling Fable TLC now that I've milked the pub games for all their worth.

I used to play the System Shocks but uh... my PC doesn't like SS1 anymore (and you can forget about DOSbox). SS2 I'm bored with now.
Are you stuck getting it to work?
The first time I tried to use dosbox I was totally lost, it had been years since I used anything at all near command line (c64), even tried to use the frontend mods but that ended up quite shitty.
Now though I've got the hang of it and its amazingly simple. Syndicate wars, Crusader:No Remorse/Regret, Blood....loving it.
If you really wanted to play shock1 then that thing Kolya or whoever made works great too.

It runs way too slowly in DOSbox, even the latest versions.

It would be easier to post my never-ever-play-again list, which consists of F.E.A.R., Half-Life 2, Halo, Warcraft 3, and some random shareware crap. Everything else gets at least two or three playthroughs, if not many more.
