Steve, Jason is fine and probably married his girlfriend if i recall well. You can find him in Facebook, and according to him he won't be doing missions anymore .
Alot of good authors left dromed for good, like old Fat burrick or Andrea Aleotti and also other authors very good that we never heard of them anymore for ages.

Pedro is right, I'm friends with Jason on Facebook and he's doing fine, just not into Thief or Dromed any more.

I recall hearing years ago he was doing some major mission with the Lost City, has he considered releasing it to anybody to finish or incorporate into their own work?

I didn't realize Jason had that many FMs. :o I've played only the first three missions.

This is excellent! Thanks, Athalle. I very much enjoyed getting to know the FM authors :D

I have no idea!

I'm watching this for the first time now and I noticed this at 4:00 :
Q "And talking about new releases, are you working on a new fan-mission for the moment? Is there an estimated release date? We need to know all details!"
A Rowena: "I'm still working on the campaign I mentioned above. I call it The Lazy Project. (I hope to come out with a better title though).
It consists of three OMs as a base "Home Sweet Home" is based on Ambush.
"Beyond the Wall" on The Haunted Cathedral and "The Wicked Manor" on The Sword.
The campaign takes place some time after the events in Thief 2
and the well known locations have seen many changes. As for the release date, I can't tell how much time it will take to finish. In spite of being just modified OMs. I'm putting alot of work into the campaign.
Anyway, the first two missions are practically done, but I predict that the third one will make me sweat."
I know this is a very old video and this matter must be already spoken alot about, but still I'm curious... Has anyone ever dared to try to recover this second "practically done" mission "Beyond the Wall"? Does anyone know anything about the story after "Home Sweet Home"?

A discussion about recreating "Beyond the Wall" appeared on page 6 of the "Home Sweet Home" thread. Somewhere else, a beta tester of "Beyond the Wall" said that she once beta-tested that mission, but didn't have the files anymore. No one else came up with any former version of the mission either.
However, there are several places where one can get information about "Beyond the Wall". The best place to start seems to be a zip archive in the "Home Sweet Home" FM itself, called "Unused Books" or something similar. Actually, this seems to contain many readables of that second mission. Combining this with a few pieces of information in the "Home Sweet Home" thread, some pictures partially displayed in a secret area in "Home Sweet Home", and some I was able to additionally get back from the "Do you recognize these places" thread once started by Lady Rowena, plus some info from that thread itself, and finally, some info found when searching for the last threads Lady Rowena started in the DromEd sub-forum, I got a good overview about that second mission.
If you want to look that up for yourself, I recommend opening the "Home Sweet Home" archive, extracting the "unused books" zip, and begin with the briefing text. Then, read the four texts with "Rebecca" in the file name. These are from the mute woman that guides Garrett through the first parts of the mission. After that, reading the other texts should add some more to the rough picture you will already have got. Also, remembering about the childless parents in "Home Sweet Home" is relevant, for the plot partially revolves around the people delivering the apparently orphaned babies... only they're not orphaned, but rather stolen somehow from their poor parents or even single mothers.
The third mission, however, is not clearly visible anywhere. Only a few screenshots seem to exist, and one or two hints in the first mission. Apparently, Garrett now heads for the "Gentleman's club" (sounds like a somewhat luxurious brothel, from the info one can piece together) that is located in Constantine's former mansion. What exactly he would do there is not clear to me; I'd assume there is some connection to the people selling the "orphaned" babies, but there's not enough information for me to figure out anything substantial.
I'll leave the rest up to you. Whether my interpretation of the storylines is close or not-so-close to the planned campaign, I can hardly say. But I had an interesting afternoon finding out about this, reading the info, and piecing it together. And then I thought about how it could all have been, had the Lady not left this world before completing her work.
One thing is a bit weird, though. Apparently, some of the texts of the second mission seem to have been edited just before they were published with "Home Sweet Home". I wonder who did it, and why.
If you like piecing together story and information like this, try the same with the resources that were published after the campaigns "The Hammerite Imperium" and "CoSaS" (namely, the mission called "The 9 Years Sleep") were abandoned. I found these things an interesting read as well.

Thank you alot for your help to find more information. For sure I will check out all readables and unused books. That's a valuable hint! I will also browse through the Home Sweet Home thread and see if I can find something productive. On page 6 I only read people who want to leave this untouched. I disagree with them (except downwinder) and I want to find out what story Rowena intended to tell. I will do this, because I found the bits and pieces of information in Home Sweet Home extremely intriguing. It doesn't give me any peace leaving this series unfinished, knowing what potentially is coming.

No, I don't particulary like piecing together story and information. I'm only interested in Rowena's Legacy.

Me too... Maybe the texts contained information about the story that shouldn't be made public because maybe the person who edited it decided that would be the most respectful thing for her legacy and memory. We might never find out why. The person who most probably did this is unlikely changing his mind and already expressed that it's a bad idea in his opinion.
However, I believe Rowena was about to tell an interesting story and before I start working, I try to find out more about it.
