Who has Weyoun's Motion Editor Version 2.0.2?

I've searched extensively and have found no working links to the editor. Does anyone have a copy? And would anyone be willing to host it?

It's in the DromEd Toolkit -->Tools-->Motion Workshop-->motedit.exe (2.02)

I don't know if there are more differences than this, but one thing appears to be the ability to (www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=84950) edit the player arm.
