Ok on some of the walls in the Bonehoard there is this carved monster face and at one point the face has jewels for eyes and says "stay away from my face thief" Who is the face supposed to be the Trickster? Or some other pagan god maybe?

Well, the texture name is GFACE, which I believe means Gargoyle Face, or even Granite Face, and it's obviously not a sculpture in the game.:)
And by the way, my first thought after reading the thread title, was that you wanted to know who the voice actor was. :p

I think it's Granite Face -- I dimly recall there being a voice actor against that name in the credits.

Except it's a flat, stretched image, not a sculpture, not three-dimensional. The holes are just cut-outs.
The source image was a kind of gargoyle, but it doesn't meet the definition in the game.
And yes, the credit reads: "GraniteFace: Stephen Russell".
