Cate Archer.
She's good... But considering her a thief is a bit of a stretch for me.

Thanks for that Sly. I tried to make him skilled and believable, but did not mean to compare him to Garrett. I'm glad someone appreciates the guy.

pavlovscat and Cap, both of you have excellent taste,
The hero of my childhood -
The Stainless Steel Rat
And Herr G. also picked another good one. Stainless and The Saint, have always been favorites of mine.

It has to be Locke Lamora, no question! :thumb:

What, nobody else for Gen, from Megan Turner's The Thief?
... I always wondered why I like thief characters. I'm not exactly a crime buff - I can't stand the more murderous type of rogue. But there's just something about somebody who does great things by acting unseen...

I pick
William "B.J." BlazkowiczI'm not sure that was his name in the (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Castle_Wolfenstein) original castel wolfenstein, but that game was the first stealth game ever made, as far as I know. You could even dress up in enemies uniforms!
(PS: are there any FMs that take this enemy-clothing (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hitman_(series)) Hitman-esque aspect into Thief?)
