He was babbling about hte "illuminated ones" we know from a journal by a dead trooper. From the email on a computer, we know he wasn't working for MJ12. So. . . . was he sent by Morgan Everett to sabotage the lab for the Illuminati or something?

Also, can anybody tell me exactly how to use May Trix Mode and see the fourth ending? I tried some instructions I found on another thread, but they didn't work. . .

In answer to your first question, it is left up to the imagination but the mention of illumination means ,yes, the illuminati were behind it.
