Yea...mabey they could both be in the movie.....all the other guys I have seen suggested would make great Hammer guards though. Just my opinion though. I am sure everyone has their own image of "Who is Garrett?" I think my suggestions follow the format more closely as to what the game creators wanted. We shall see. And I dont see why this thread was moves. There should be an exception since we all share a love for the thief universe and would love to see a full feature film about our beloved Garrett .

For Garrett, it's obvous. They will have to go with an unknown. An everyman that will allow most people to accept him as a decent compromise of their own image of how they perceive the character. Hopefully he's a fan of the games, or ironically cynical and with a wry sense of humor about it all.:p
Stephen Russell should play Benny, since appearance isn't important, and Benny's voice is used with various AI skins. If the script allowed for Benny and his cohort to bicker and lose their jobs when Garrett steals from their different employers from under their noses (about three times throughout the movie, and again during or after the credits) the fans would eat it up everytime. It would be a treat to finally see Mr. Russell at work. Little cameos sprinkled here and there for comic relief.
It would also be nice if the straight-man to Benny's fool sounded like Daniel Thron.
