I loved this and I can see myself coming back to rewatch it again and again every once in a while. Great addition to the community, marbleman!

Excellent video, if you ever do find the person responsible for newdark thenk them for me
The game clips managed to trigger my motion sickness though, I get it when watching other peoples playthroughs mainly because they don't look at the same things I do so I'm constantly trying to look at something that's skittering off screen, anyone else get that?

This gets me too - the only person I can consistently watch w/o needing a puke bucket handy is klatremus - supreme ghosting limits the frenetic motion that triggers my vomit reflex.
There are only a few others that don't trigger me too often. Marbleman's vids are mostly safe for me. most of the others - hard NOPE.

i think the lesson is ,thief fan missions are still going cause nothing really has topped it ,1998-200? =games were some of the best, due to them not being built for online, the last of the full games made well for pc

Thank you for this video. I haven't played an FM in a long while. I was thinking about Thief and wandered over to see what was happening. This video truly has reignited my passion for Thief. This is one game that I can come back to again and again because it never gets old.
I picked a random FM which ended up being Off to Milhorn Manor. I have clocked 3 hrs game time which, due to my rusty skills, has been more like 10 hrs with restarts, etc. I will play every mission you mention because it's a good place to start.
I'll add CoSaS Mission X to that list as it was quite an achievement. Also, I was very involved in alpha & beta testing so Mission X holds a special place in my heart.
Thank you very much for this!

Wow nice video !
I've been playing this game since the release (Dark Project , Thief Gold and Thief 2)
Never though that I would be still playing it after almost 25 years .
Still peaking from times to times for a new release or another contest
Millions thanks to the people giving us so much content to play !
Respect for your patience and creativity !!

Very promising and interesting looking video. Haven't found time to watch it so far, but looks great. I think Thief is still alive simply because it is one of the greatest and most innovative games ever released. And while the graphics weren't really up to date in the first place when it originally came out (although I've always loved the sinister style and the way the game looks), technically it's still a great game and working fantastically to this day. And not to mention the fan community which keeps the game alive, although that is most likely a direct result of the fact that the original two first games were/are as good as they are.

Nice video. Thanks.
You rightly mention Bloodstone Prison as an early groundbreaker, and then go on to mention the later importance of key hunt missions. I would argue that Bloodstone was (and is) one of the premier key hunt missions available.
