So, Game Mode in Dromed doesn't look very nice in 1200x900 resolution (everything looks short and fat). I snooped around and found this: (
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=121449) , but when I tried to apply the widescreen patch, it did not recognize my current version of T2 DromEd (from NewDark 1.21).
So, I'm at a loss as to what I can do next. Ideas?

My god, people are still trying to apply that thoroughly obsolete widescreen patch to NewDark?
NewDark supports widescreen natively. If you're getting a distorted picture, it's because you haven't set a widescreen resolution, so your video card is scaling it to fit.

Nope, I set it to 1200x900, and everything looks like a square picture that's being stretched out, instead of the wider FoV that should be present.

So when you go into game mode from DromEd, and escape out to the options menu and look at the video resoution, it says 1200x900?

Yup. I've even tried changing it back and forth... no go =(

Oh goddammit.
Figured it all out: Resolution is supposed to be 1600x900, not 1280. I didn't know I could scroll down to find more resolution options!
Feel free to hit me >_< Thanks, ZB, I wouldn't have thought to double-check if not for your post =)

Glad you figured it out. I was about to post that 1200x900 is not a widescreen resolution. :p
