If you have a particular game you were looking for and a copy of DOOM III you are willing to trade, PM me.
I have a large (300 or 400 titles I'll not be playing again) collection to draw from.

do u have a copy of d. w. bradleys wizards and warriors?
Goldmoon Dawn on 10/4/2011 at 12:36
mr. hermit, I do. :) And it is the original copy from 2000. So good to see another fan of true gaming. Of course, I cannot give it away.

I do too and wouldn't trade it either.

Just FYI, there are a few copies on Ebay going for less than $15.

The KEY WORD is TRADE.
Why is that so hard for readers to understand.
I WANT TO TRADE GAMES FOR GAMES.
If I wanted to buy I would have said so. I didn't ask for help to find a copy, I already know how to do that.

He was just trying to be helpful TBM, no need to jump down his throat. :( You wouldn't believe how often we see people on the forums who think that doom 3 is hard to find for purchase.
I'm going to chalk this up to you having a bad day, since you're usually a very reasonable and friendly guy.
Goldmoon Dawn on 11/4/2011 at 00:45
Also, if you actually had Wizards & Warriors, I would respect you even more than I already do! :D

Not a bad day and not trying to be nasty. I know that people look for games and are unaware that they can be purchased from a number of sites, or even downloaded as abandonware.
How-some-ever, if some one asked me about radio, I would not tell them about TV, or if they asked about FMs I would not tout the original games.
My view is quite simple, answer the question asked, not the one you THINK should have been asked. The exception, of course, are the potty-minded jokers who hi-jack threads just to stroke their egos.
Can't control these and sometimes they are even funny. The operative here is "sometimes".
And believe me, I have seen many looking for games so I do know "how often" they do that.

Wow.
When someone says, "FYI" they're telling you that the following information is not a direct response to your question, but is related and may, or may not, be useful to you.
If you're going to start shouting at people who don't "answer the question asked" then may I suggest you add a disclaimer to your original question? Perhaps something like, "ANSWER MY QUESTION OR SHUT THE HELL UP."
Have a nice day.
