I just change the keybinds to better accommodate my needs and my mental wiring, and I love the mouse for looking around, whipping around, and the archery. I don't need the speed for navigation or combat, but for looking around at a more natural speed and for A sense of analogue range. No keys are too far apart, but I have it set up so navigation is very comfortable, with two keys assigned each for some types of movement allowing separation of exploration/frobbing from weapon use. A WASD setup gives me carpal stress, no matter the height and angle of the keyboard, and I can only change the amount of stress to cause pain in a couple of minutes to 20-something minutes. I don't like the console feel of preset turning speeds, and I'd probably fare better with a joystick for that.
