I'm not one to give praise to any military person since I personally consider any armed conflict to be, in a greater or lesser degree, futile.
I don't believe WW 2 was a just war, but it was a war that had to be fought. One of the very few conflicts that makes me seriously think that.
With that said, I salute you, Major Winters. You did your duty and gave some honor to the armed forces. At ease, man.
