Pentium 4 CPUs came out in 2003 with hyper-threading, which (as far as a program is concerned) is the same as multi-core. But thanks for trying anyway.

I don't know where you get your ideas from, most game
developers I've ever met tend to be passionate about the games they create and hate to see them out there with bugs. If you must point a finger, point it at the bean counters.
