Yes, treatment over gruesomely detailed fantasies of cruel and unusual punishment, and all that jazz, but it's still a harmful paraphilia at the end of the day, independent of the afflicted's actual orientation.

We're at that point where we have to clearly and sternly make it clear that pedophilia is abnormal amoral sickness beyond the pale in every way, definitely absolutely obviously, even though it seems to a large degree to be a product of the same biological and developmental processes that create the spectrum of sexual desires in people that we're variously ok with now.
