I'm still unable to get the optional bank objective to complete. Am I supposed to rob the bank or wait for the thieves to do it? The thieves are just standing around doing nothing. I've been advised that I need to steal the bags from the secret room in the hotel, but those bags have never appeared. I need a steer please. :confused:

You don't do anything with the

It gets stuck around 2 or 3 megabytes and just hangs like that.
