Just got around to play this one.
I am just 1 minute into the mission and terribly confused already.
How to get started?
Of course I could just walk through the cell-door, which has no physics! (The girls cell door has the same issue.)
But that just doesn't sound right and is clearly a bug, isn't it?
I would expect that I have to grab the girls hair-pin and use it as a lockpick, but it won't hightlight and isn't frobable.
And somehow I would need to make the guard go away as well.
I must be missing something.
I am playing v1.1
Another note: both in my own cell (south-east corner) as well as in the girls cell (north-east corner), there are some blocked areas.
But nothing is to be seen there. Are these some missing objects?
I was hopping onto them - and a broken stool became visible. Very weird.
And I did not find anything useful "in the corner where one usually sits."

The cell doors have physics for me, and we never saw this in testing. That's strange. But how you get out depends upon what difficulty level you are playing. There is a dart in the dartboard that you can use, or there is a hairpin stuck in the wall, high on the back wall of your cell.

There is no dart-board. On none of all difficulty levels.
And no hair-pin high up either. Not even with blind-frobbing.
Oh, well. Maybe it is time for a reinstall.
EDIT: Ok, looks like some other FM had entirely broken my dark.cfg.
After doing some repairs, everything seems to work OK again.

The thieves won't rob the bank!!!
The archer removes the chain, before running off, but the other guy just stands there. :confused:

Are you using the latest version? We saw this during testing but thought we had it fixed in the release version. The only suggestion I have is to be sure you are playing the latest version and maybe reload an earlier save. That usually fixed the problem when it occurred during testing. Also, be sure you wait long enough. The thief will sometimes stand there for a minute or two before moving.
Edit: The author reminded me that you need to have the latest version of the required scripts. From the readme file:
Required:
- NVScript v1.24 (This is the critical timing script which times most all of the aiwatch links and conversations.)
- TnhScript v2.1.0
These scripts are included in the mission archive but you might check to be sure they are actually being installed with the mission.

I'm playing v1.1.
Not sure about the scripts - my standard install uses NV version 1.23 and tnh 2.1.0, but I don't know if the new NV 1.24 installed with your mission.
I've copied them both across manually now and will use an earlier save to see if it works.
I'll let you know.....
OK, from an earlier save. I have done this about 20 times now. It seems that if you rob either of the two thieves at the door before one enters the bank then the bank job is off!

I think my game is busted, possibly due to only having the NV v1.2.3 version; I can't seem to find 1.2.4. Where can I get the proper scripts?
I'm pretty sure I'll have to start all over; many things seem not to be happening -- such as robbing the bank, getting the bank keys, etc. And I can't see any switch, frobbing or not, on that long tunnel in and out of the Ramirez mansion.
Too bad -- I did a great sneak into the hag's cave, got the mask, flask, leg, and some inviso potions, all without busting my ghost. But now I have to try again from the beginning. Yeesh.
