I actually found the mouse lagged pretty badly in the PC version. Maybe I need a new mouse.

Well, I'm happy I didn't bought it. I got to third level on Informational Superhighway, and well, don't feel at all like playing further.

I know I'm late but you can improve the lag slightly by changing the resolution manually in an ini file in the game directory. I have heard this breaks the game for some resolutions but on my old CRT 1024x768 worked great.

Yeah, I did that for mine to run it in Widescreen. Bumped it up to 1280 X 800 and it ran wonderfully. Since I'm running the Mac version, I needed to peek inside the package to actually get AT the ini file...
