I love the DX/Hexen 2 soundtracks in the game, just not so much to listen to on their own. I'm also not really sure why they bothered with redbook audio in Hexen 2 when it sounds exactly like the MIDI score.
Vampire Bloodlines is just horrible soundtrack wise. I don't remember what the score is like, but the soundtrack that came on the CD and played in the clubs is fucking terrible.

Deus Ex was pretty godawful in places. I hated the little thing in TG Thieve's Guild at the bottom of the dumbwaiter shaft.
NOLF still has the best music ever in a game.

Doom 2... specifically map10. It's a boring, repetitive, uninspired tune. Maps 1, 2, 8 and 9 were quite good though.
Map 18's music was simply awesome!

The MIDI rendition of the Deus Ex title screen music from the PC version is pretty fucking terrible, but I actually kind of like the orchestral version.
Agreed 10,000% on the Vampire: Bloodlines music. It's like they went to Hot Topic and asked what goths listened to and then put that in the game.

The only thing worth listening to out of Bloodline's licensed tracks is...
... uh...
Huh.
Oh well.
But don't confuse the licensed tracks for the game's original score- which I think some of you may be doing. The original score was excellent.
