Hmmm, could be decent. Matthew Vaughn has a good track record with Layer Cake and Kick Ass.

Anyway.... GOOD NEWS EVERYONE. It seems that First Class won't fail in continuing the established tradition of this awful film franchise for having colossal, gaping plot holes and inconsistencies!

Emma Frost was already in the shitty Wolverine film, which was primarily set several years after this one. If this film is set in ~1961 and the main period of Wolverine (http://x-men.wikia.com/wiki/X-Men_Origins:_Wolverine) takes place between 1977-1983, then WTF is going on with this character? Does she not age? Are there two separate characters that just happen to have the same name and powers? LMAO.

Notable past examples:- Storm losing her African accent between 1 & 2. Sabretooth, period.

Liev Schreiber's height = 6' 3"
Tyler Mane's height = 6' 8"

this is SyFy original movie material

the earlier X-Men films were take it or leave it (it's Marvel so I'll leave it) but there is absolutely nothing in that trailer that indicates this could possibly be any good

What is Nightcrawler doing there? Wasn't he supposed to be younger than those guys in the 2nd generation of mutants?

I enjoyed the X-men films, even the third. They're cheesey fun times and it's always fun to see superheroes do stuff. This looks nice as well and everything is fun when it's set in the 60's. Sure, it would be nice to have a quality X-men film, but that's why they hired Aronofsky to direct the new Wolverine (he has already put Hugh Jackman on a diet to make him fatter, since his wolverine wasn't correct in the last movie :D)

And what's up with the Joker being in The Dark Knight? Batman totally killed him in the first movie!
