I'd seen (

Seems to me like a massively multiplayer version of Who wants to be a Millionaire, with a real host and the chance to win real prizes. First UK beta session this evening (in about 40 minutes time) and I'm hoping to play. I reckon it's either going to be awesome, or it'll fall on it's arse.
Left this a bit late, but anyone else going to try and play in the show tonight?

Just for those who don't know, 1 vs 100 is one of the games they play on the National Lottery show on BBC1.

Also, if you don't get into the 100, you can still play from the 'crowd'. Uh, whatever that means. I'll report back later when hopefully I know what the hell I'm talking about.

I had an awesome time.
Mainly because I was wiping the floor with people like 5U13Z3150 (That's SubZero for y'all without l33t skills) who can quite easily react in a split second with a sniper rifle, but haven't got a clue what Citizen Kane's last word in the film was.

I only got into the Mob once, but not surprising given there were 70,000 of us playing. The live commentator never materialised which was a shame, but I assume this is down to it still being in beta.
Worth a look if you like a good pub quiz. It's localised so, for example, you'll get trivia questions relevant to your country and its popular culture.
