Another year has passed, so it's time for another FM stats update!

I used Taffers Paradise for TG, T2 and TDS stats, and thedarkmod.com for TDM stats.
Since some of these numbers are very close together, they're hard to read on the graph itself.
TDS had (surprisingly) two releases, TG 4, TDM 8 and T2 11. Not a bad year all things considered!
EDIT: Updated the graph with the Summer Speed Build Contest FMs, bringing TG to 8, T2 to 13 and the total to 31!

These numbers exclude the Summer Speed Build missions (which aren't listed on TaffersParadise). There should be 4 more TG missions and 2 more T2 missions.

It depends also whether we include missions from One Million Units Contest as belonged to 2021 or 2020 (especially, first batch). Or Christine's campaign Raven Creek (2017), which recieved new missions in 2021. If we include them all, there are 14-15 T2 missions (in alphabetical order):

I don't include numerous "remasters", "overhauls", "2.0", "Newdark updates" (Lord Ashton series and Night Falcon) etc.

As a side-note, anyone know why TaffersParadise has decided not to include the speed build missions? Doesn't make much sense to me.

It's odd because the home page even lists them as part of an update along with download links ( (

25 doesn't look like a lot, compared to the numbers from the "golden age", but I wonder how many people actually get to play them all? I only have a chance to try a few FMs a year, honestly.

The adjusted number is 31, which I think is fantastic for such an old game. The fact that we also got multiple T3 missions shows that fans are taking the entire franchise (minus Thi4f of course) seriously.
Will the graphic be updated too?
