I opened up that mission today, and there is indeed a broken ladder early on, but it was used by placing two ladder sections and then putting a third ladder section on the ground. So it's not an actual model of a broken ladder.

GORT: Just make the ladder a little rusty looking and have the ends a little jagged off to make it look like it broke at that end.

It's a broken metal ladder. That's why I mentioned it looking a little rusty.

The edges on the broken ones have rust on them. If you want me to re-texture them, let me know.
