Uh Oh. Confession time. Long time ago, my friend brought The Dark Project over to my place 'cause he was convinced I'd like it (which I did). Anyways, the first time I heard Garrett's voice I told my friend he sounded like a total prick.

Mr. Garrett just sounded so damn smug. I hate smug. Hate it! Hate, hate, hate it. His voice has grown on me since though.

hi all! Been hanging out at this site for a while, however this is my first post! This is such a fun topic: so here it is without approval my two cents.. if someone said to you (sans leer) you have a sexy voice, it could be taken as a compliment and not a cheesy come on.. as far as Lara's tushy though... can't think of any way that could be taken other than a sexual inuendo.. sorry guys..

I'd literally kill to have Garrett's voice.

I get a close aproximation of it whenever I have a sore throat... I wish there was a way I could perpetually have one.

I'd say that it's resonance that makes Garrett's voice compelling. Also, it's very laid back and cool.

I think Garrett is the stylish and most handsome character in the not only games, but movies etc. It's really the GREATEST character.

Seriously, the only other game character I can think of who's on par with our favourite Thief in the 'Cool' factor is Solid Snake from Metal Gear.

And if you dare say 'Sonic the Hedgehog' or 'Pikachu', I'll personally eat you alive....raw

 Now, I don't now Garrett's "real" voice, but the French one, wow, I wish I had this voice, it's awesome...

Talking about a similar subject, THIEF is the best translated game I have ever played. I can see no grammar, style, or any other kind of mistake in the game. ( so far....I am searching fo the Hammerite Priest in the Temple's caves now Constantine's minions have ransacked the Temple)
