It is not wrong to take screencaps of Garrett. I have quite a few of Corvus, from Heretic II. Mmmm...Corvus.....LOVE the ears.

I've thought that Tomb Raider would make an awesome RPG/Action/Adventure if it filled in the details of her life (business-adventure-learning-love), and gave her a new fiancee. That way she could be put in situations where she had to rescue him, and thus put a new twist on situations such as the Jewel in the Nile etc. Where the woman has to rescue the man instead.
It would add a great deal of depth and warmth to her character, and provide some interesting mission-goal oriented gameplay too. Beyond "Right, let's go adventuring".
It would need great writers but done well would surely attract a far greater male AND female audience. What do you men/women think?
Actually that sounds a bit like the ancient French chant-fable "Aucassin & Nicolette", where it occasionally subverts the romantic conventions of the time, by having the "Male Hero", being imprisoned instead of wanting to break out, he sits down and has a cry, before she breaks him out. And when his love Nicolette has to leave the country, he is upset, because he thinks that she may hook up with another man. Indeed he threatens to kill himself right then and there, but not with a knife, he says that would take too long so he will run headfirst into the wall to do it.
Are you not also 'surprised' that the current actress/model used to portray Lara Croft is only 17, surely Lara should be older (mid 20's).
