It is pretty fun, but it winds up being a bit anticlimactic and not really going anywhere after the initial Batman Begins-style Santa gimmick. IIRC, it's based off a short film, and that seems likely because it's basically a short film that then meanders on for a bit too long.
Kiss Kiss Bang Bang though... man, what a film. It's one I could never watch too many times I think.
