Artemus, not only did he raised young Garrett, but also he is the only keeper who had not been corrupted by the glyph, and he is always wise(except the last time...).

Apart from Garrett...interesting,I've never think about this question...
Maybe Caduca?er...Her dead was really a pity, and so did Artemus.

Nobody going for Orland? I really enjoyed seeing him again, although when he appeared in the Metal Age as a standard anit-Garrett keeper they prabably didn't think of him to "move up in the world" like this.
There is a sort of tension between him and Garrett making you think that there was more between them than just Orland being one of those who fear and hate the thief for "betrayal". He is also kind of a counter-part of Artemus with whom he seems to have a certain relationship, too, most likely because of Garrett.
During the game I really enjoyed Orland, his diary threats in the compound mission were great (going to search for the unknowing thief while the latter is robbing his chambers, it's almost sad). And since this is a spoiler-thread anyway: I totally disliked how he died, maybe even more than with Artemus. The very moment he "changes" and admits he was wrong and that thief maybe right he gets - killed? What the hell?
Sure, the character didn't have much future anyway. But I had the impression this last dead was just for show (omt, teh cruel witch, deztroy her). Bah, well.
