I voted for Bad Debts and The Seven Sisters.
Bad Debts has a nostalgic feel and still it shows unique and more complex and vertical city than the OMs. I really liked this combination that kind of mixes some OM style with new style.
The Seven Sisters is one of my all-time favourites. It's been awhile since I played it but from what I recall it has a very compelling story and gameplay is top-notch.
Three Crowns and Dance With the Dead are good ones too.

Seven Sisters is of course in the toppest of leagues, and Lord Alan's Factory is not far behind.
It's funny though, I like their previous FMs even more, Rowena's Curse and Lord Alan's Fortress. They're maybe not as ambitious, but I really connected with them both.
