General rules for the T2 polls: Demos, very short missions, foreign languages and OM remakes are only included if the space allows it. Same goes for missions that already appeared in one of the T1/TG polls. Big missions with 5 or more missions to play are excluded. There will be a separate poll for them.

Unfortunately, I was slowly but surely drifting away from Thief, ttlg, and all things DromEd sometime around mid- to late-2003 or so, so I'm sure I missed most of those listed.
But I will never forget Relic of course, and not only betatesting it for Jeff (schwaa) but also recording some lines for the hermit. Funnily enough, I was never asked to voice another part for anything... coincidence? :erg:

If I recall correctly, Hit, back then you actually called out the community with a "for shame" message, because it was only getting an average score on the vine. Time changes perceptions though. What still stands out after so long is obvious though, because now it is pulling ahead by four lengths in the race. Consider yourself vindicated! :joke:

I guess im one of the "shame" people then, because I didnt enjoy relic much when I played it a few days ago :x
A funny surprise to me that you voiced the hermit hit. I think the voice is great, the only problem with it is that its so quiet, i could barely understand what he was saying :cheeky:

I'm sorry about that. I have looked back through a bunch of my old posts and I can't believe some of them. Some of them are quite embarrassing. :tsktsk:
All I can say is, that was a long time ago and I was a completely different person.

It was quite a different game from what was considered 'the norm' so I'm not surprised. (Jeff) schwaa wanted to try something new. That dragonfly AI is actually a pagan kid that is rendered invisible, and it has that dragonfly object attached to it.. so many things had to be cobbled together back then, and I'm sure there's a much better way to do stuff like that now.
As for the voice: all I had was one of those cheap mic's that comes with a PC for free, and Jeff said he would fix it, but he probably never got around to doing that. Or, it was just impossible to "fix".

Wow, that is pretty damn cool. I guess for 2003 this fanmission really must have been something and I definitely can see what people like about it :)

"A Mother's Love" which is in the Others category is such a fun mission. I think it's one of the best if not the best of the arena/battle type missions.

I voted for Thief Nonetheless and Fortress by the Sea. Thief Nonetheless is small, but alive and kicking (as usual with uncadonego's missions), and example of effective using of small space and symmetrical design. I think it's one of best uncadonego's missions despite being small and overlooked because of it. In Fortress by the Sea I like concept of war-time sabotaging (I also like layout) and final battle.

I need to add Two Fathers to my play queue.. I don't remember playing it; it's possible I started it though.
